Opened by Katrina Cunniffe in 1998, Salus is an award-winning salon in Ballisodare offering advanced skincare including Osmosis and Dermaplane. Dermaplaning uses a sterile blade to remove dead skin and vellus hair and is genuinely effective for texture and product absorption, but it needs proper training rather than a bolt-on certificate. Nearly thirty years trading in a village outside Sligo town says the client base travels to it. Free parking, unlike the town centre.
