Established in 1932, Kelly’s on Castle Street is a family-run institution in Castlebar and one of the oldest continuously trading salons in the country. It has held a five-star rating and covers hair and beauty together — facials, nails, waxing and brow and lash work alongside cutting and colour. Ninety-odd years in the same town, through four generations of client, is a stronger recommendation than any award. Castle Street is central with public parking nearby.
